It is hard to see in this photo, but I used my Dremel grinder to cut a notch near the front of the left side cover. The problem was that I could never get the front mount point of the cover to line up with the hole in the frame.I put my finger in the notch to feel for the mount tab and its insertion point. I can easily get the cover positioned quickly.
This may seem like a trivial problem until you spend a frustrating 5 minutes trying to get the front of the cover to snap into place. I don't mind plastic parts, but this design was just dumb. The notch cures the problem.
