Photos of changing the grommets (it is best to push them in rather than trying to pull them out.)

This is one of the black rubber things that the door panel anchor push into. I wanted to remove them so I could get the vapor barrier installed nice and neat.

I tried pulling the grommets out, and I tried pushing them out from the inside of the door. No go.

What worked was what this photo shows: push them into the holes.
